USMNT forward Christian Pulisic was forced to be substituted towards the end of AC Milan’s Champions League victory over Paris Saint-Germain.
The 25-year-old was seen holding his hamstring after falling to the ground in Milan’s 2-1 win at San Siro.
Pulisic was substituted for Alessandro Florenzi deep into stoppage time. He did however leave the field on his own power and was seen on the pitch with his teammates during post-match celebrations.

Milan manager Stefano Pioli confirmed after the game that the injury was sustained in the same area as the thigh issue that he sustained in late October that saw him miss three games.
“It seems like a cramp, but in the same place as last time,” Pioli said. “We really hope it’s just that.”
Pulisic has scored four goals in 13 appearances across all competitions for Milan since his summer move from Chelsea.
Pulisic joins fellow USMNT forward Timothy Weah on the injury list. Weah is a doubt for the upcoming Nations League quarter-final matches after Juventus confirmed last month that the 23-year-old forward picked up an injury during his side’s win over Verona.
National team captain Tyler Adams will be out until at least February after undergoing surgery on a hamstring injury.
Milan’s victory sees the Italian side rise to third place in Group F before their game against Borussia Dortmund later this month.
